Important Information
The election you make when you enroll will be in place for the plan year (January 1 to December 31) unless you have a qualified life event. FSAs are a “use it or lose it” benefit. When you enroll, be sure to plan accordingly, as any dollars you do not use will be lost at the end of the year. CSM allows you to incur services through March 15th of the next year if you submit those claims by March 30th.
